XT Group
Overlooking the Mediterranean shoreline, the new offices of XT Group are more than just a workspace — they are a living reflection of a company deeply rooted in maritime tradition and human connection. Designed by STUDIO BA, the project blends industrial clarity with natural softness, creating an environment that is both functional and deeply personal.
The layout celebrates transparency and movement. Exposed ceilings, soft oak finishes, terrazzo flooring, and acoustic wicker panels come together to form a palette that feels grounded yet open. Natural light streams in through floor-to-ceiling windows, framing views of the sea and the port — a daily reminder of the company’s core business and its geographical anchor.
But what truly defines the XT headquarters is its social heart.

At the center of the project lies an expansive dining and gathering space -
Not just a cafeteria, but a communal table where daily rituals unfold. Employees from all levels sit together to eat, talk, and connect — a tradition that has evolved over decades into a defining part of the company culture.
The kitchen and dining area are designed to encourage these informal encounters, with soft lighting, varied seating, and an atmosphere that invites people to linger.
Custom shelving throughout the office showcases both contemporary art objects and detailed models of shipping vessels, acting as both storytelling and spatial dividers.
These curated moments speak to XT’s legacy in global logistics and its deep respect for craft and continuity.
This is a workplace designed not only for productivity, but for belonging.
A place where meetings flow naturally into conversations, and where design supports a unique social fabric built on loyalty, tradition, and togetherness.
